What will this app do with user data? Sangam CRM uses Google Sheet API and Google Drive API scope which will help users to insert, update or create data in Google Sheets, and also it will be used to automatically sync the data from CRM to google Sheets based on users’ configuration in CRM. We ensure that we don’t require data that concerns users about their account’s safety and security.
How does this app enhance user functionality? Sangam CRM has capabilities of report module which will help user to analyse their customer and executive performance but in some cases, it’s limited to some extent like Sangam CRM don’t have capabilities of Charts and matrix reports, also in some complex report and analysis report is not possible in Sangam CRM. So we have made this Google Sheet integration which will help user to sync their real-time data to a google sheet and using those data they can create their own reports and charts / Pivot tables and other features which are offered by google sheet based on the requirement.
All the report data can be directly synced with the google sync periodically based on configuration.
