Exceptional Experience with SangamCRM and Outstanding Support by Durva Vibhandik
I recently purchased the SangamCRM app for my office, and I would like to share my feedback.
I found the app to be very good, but what impressed me even more was the excellent support and implementation provided by Durva Vibhandik. From the very first day of purchasing the software, the implementation process started immediately, and by the second day, it was almost fully completed.
I truly appreciate Durva Vibhandik Ma’am’s soft and kind nature. Her approach to taking feedback in the WhatsApp group, listening carefully to problems, and providing solutions extremely quickly was remarkable.
Overall, this experience has left me highly impressed with both the app and the support team!
